John and Leslie Siebeling are the founders and senior pastors of The Life Church. While serving as missionaries in Nairobi, Kenya, Pastors John and Leslie felt called to Memphis, Tennessee, to plant a church that would teach God's truth in a relevant way, transcending cultural, racial, and social barriers.

In 1996, they moved to Memphis, bringing a core group of seven with them to found the church. Today, The Life Church has grown into a thriving church with a diverse congregation and thousands of people attending weekly services around the world.
